      <title>Error 30 and 101</title>

      <description>I have just gotten a new phone and I am getting both error codes 30 and 101. It will switch back and forth. I am not using a VPN and have tried re-installing the app multiple times. Any help would be greatly appreciated.</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:transparent;color:#2d3338;font-size:10pt;"&gt;We'd recommend running a clean reinstall of the app. Please follow the steps from this&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Answers/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:transparent;color:#0363d3;font-size:10pt;"&gt;Spotify Guide&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:transparent;color:#2d3338;font-size:10pt;"&gt; exactly, as this will assure that all app data is cleared completely, before reinstalling. Sometimes when you do a backup or sync to a new phone the app can get broken.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:transparent;color:#2d3338;font-size:10pt;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Error 101 is usually a network related error, so you might want to try using a different network connection. We've received reports that this error comes up when connected to a school/ work network with limited network traffic. Also make sure that you don't have any VPN enabled.&lt;/P&gt;
