Iphone 13 Stuck in Offline Mode

My Question or Issue

Spotify is displaying Offline mode at all times, even when the setting is disabled. If connected to WiFi, I can sometimes view my playlists but the app is not consistently connecting. On data, i cannot access any of my online music or playlists.

The app was not recently updated, my IOS was not updated, spotify was behaving normally all day until have way through a car ride it dropped out.

I have logged out, i have reinstalled, i have restarted my phone.

Thanks for the post.

Can you try logging in with a different Spotify account on your phone to check if the app works then or does it keep loading.

If that's the case, let us know if all sections of the app are not loading - Playlists/ Liked Songs/ Albums/ Podcasts or if it just specific playlists.

I found this solution: iPhone settings - Wi-Fi - press on the "i" and check the setting of "Proxy HTTP" I changed mine from none to "automatic"and seems to be working
