My desktop spotify keeps saying my account is being used elsewhere too. Who is this fiend who keeps using my account elsewhere, I wonder, and how can I make him or her stop?

So I've been a spotify user on my desktop since the public debut, but using the app on my mobile devices is frustrating. I listen to spotify while I work in the kitchen, and no matter how good the connection, the app closes itself out. I have changed my passcode a few times, but still get a warning that my acct is being used elsewhere. Since most of my music listening is at my full time job, and it doesn't work, I'm not sure why I'm paying for premium usage. Now, I get warnings that spotify is unable to play a track(during online mode) despite the track being "available". depressing.
