Lately the sistem don't recognize or show in the locked screen and in the control center when music is played or the volume is adjusted on Spotify

We suggest that you remove your cached data to see if that makes any difference. This will make sure there’s no old cache files causing this. After that, reinstall the app and see if it makes any difference.

I can tell you what worked for me, what i did was this disabled the Control Center on the Lock Screen of your iPhone is straightforward. Here's how:-

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
2. Tap Face ID & Passcode (or Touch ID & Passcode on older devices).
3. Enter your passcode if prompted.
4. Scroll down to the Allow Access When Locked section.
5. You won't find a "Control Center" switch directly. Here's what you need to do instead:
-Tap Control Center.
-Under Customize Controls, find the Control Center tile and either tap the minus sign next to it to remove it, or drag it downwards to the "More Controls" section.
6. This will ensure the Control Center is no longer accessible from the Lock Screen.
