Can you give us a bit more details about your issue like for example:

Is this happening across all your devices or a single one?
If a single one, can you please share it's make, model, OS version and Spotify version?
Are you seeing any error messages or notifications? (a screenshot or a short video would be best)
Have you tried any troubleshooting steps like clean reinstall or switching to a different internet connection?
