I purchased Spotify Premium, but it isn't working on my laptop or my iPhone and it is saying I have an unlimited account.

I am having the same issue, have tried various things including uninstalling and reinstalling?? I have received the
reciept but will not activate???

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

Is your account showing as premium (you need premium not unlimited for usage on mobile devices) on your online overview?
If so, I would suggest you have a read at and try the steps outlined in this post.
