<LI-SPOILER>I don’t know if this is only a issue for me but when I start Spotify with apple lighting earbuds plugged in, the app starts acting up, not playing music, freezing and crashing. It’s only until I unplug and plug it back in that the app works perfectly again. I’m on the latest update both app and iOS.</LI-SPOILER>

Hey there @Meowmeowpeow,

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

Just to confirm, has this always happened or did it start happening after a specific event such as an update? Also, does the same happen with another earbuds too?

Additionally, we'd like to know if this only happens with the Spotify app or with other apps as well.

Lastly, could you try using a different device to see if the same happens?

We'll be on the lookout.
