My Spotify app for iOS constantly crashes?

Whenever I listen to music for a while, eventually the app starts to crash. My song will pause and I'll be unable to unpause it. It'll shuffle through a couple songs, say it's playing but there will be no audio. Then the app will close. Even when it doesn't do this, after a while the volume will get stuck at one spot and the volume bar lags. I'll turn it down, the volume bar will show up a few seconds later and appear to go down but the actual volume doesn't change. Closing the app for a bit SOMETIMES fixes this. I've tried clearing the cache and uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I have plenty (over 100 gb) of storage on my phone. The Spotify app is unusable for me now and has given me nothing but issues for two-three months.

As a first step, we'd recommend trying with a different internet connection by a different provider. Please also check whether the issue persists when playing downloaded playlists in Offline mode.
