Spotify doesnt work on 4G

My Question or Issue

Hello people,

I have what apparently is a pretty comon problem. My phone (iPhone 12) will not play music on spotify when on 4G but works just fine on wifi. It says in the bottom “Spotify is offline”.

I have tried litteraly EVERYTHING, and read all the other topics, and nothing works for me. How do i get this to work? Pretty frustating.

Thanks for posting in the Community.

Have you tried resetting the network settings of your iPhone?

It's also possible, that there is a limitation set in some settings for the Spotify app. Could you have a look at the mobile data ones?
