Downloaded files missing when I have no mobile data.

My downloaded files won’t play when my phone runs out of data. They do play when I’m connected to Wi-Fi and also when the phone is in flight mode at home (where there is Wi-Fi).

Anyone any ideas? It won’t usually be a problem as I normally have data- bit annoying though!

Thanks for reaching out. Firstly, it's worth performing a clean reinstall and then downloading them one more time, maybe they didn't download properly the first time. If the issue does persist though, send us some videos or at least screenshots of the behaviour - how it looks at home, outside of home, with an without Wi-Fi, etc.
