Duo plan- making delay in opening app while logging in

With the duo plan when I open the app I get a 2 second logging in screen that immediately pops up and disappears. It is clunky and has only started when me and my partner switched from individual to duo plans. No fix yet and ongoing for several weeks.

As a first step, can you please let us know the following:

Your device model, OS version and Spotify version.
Does your partner see the same screen when accessing their own account?
Is it possible to send us a screenshot or a short screen recording of the issue?
