Thanks for posting in the Community.

Could you try performing a clean reinstall of the app as described here? It's also important to check if the background app refresh is enabled for Spotify on your iOS devices. Also make sure you've turned off the battery saving mode. Afterwards you can check how a different account behaves on the affected devices.
