      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My spotify account won't sync any more than 11 songs to my offline mode. I have had this before and it's all becoming very frustrating.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can you please look at this issue and repair.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks</description>

      <description>I changed credit cards &amp;amp; my spotify account was suspended for 1 day. Since having my account restored, I can no longer&lt;BR /&gt;Sync my playlist to play offline. Any advice on resolving this annoying issue?</description>
