Random Artist Album Stuck on Repeat/Keeps Changing

I have spotify premium in the US and this issue is occuring on all devices I own. I try to play my music on my Ipad or on web player and it will randomly stop and start playing a Lil Peep Album on repeat and it shows it is playing on my iphone when it is not, so I hear nothing. When i try on my phone it does the same and says its playing but it is not. I change this setting to play on my web player and choose my song, then it will interrupt and switch to iphone again and the same lil peep album that I dont even have in my liked songs. This has been happening all day and it is very frustrating.
