Rewind button stuck

My Question or Issue

Whenever I hold the back button to try to rewind a couple seconds within the song it gets stuck in this constant rewind loop. The only way I’m able to make it stop is by restarting the app all together.

We'd suggest that you try clearing your cache to remove any old files that might be interfering with the app's performance on your device.

If a family member has a Spotify account, it could also be a good idea to ask them to log in on your device to see if the app behaves the same way.

In case the issue persists, would you mind letting us know if you experience this on 5G, Wi-Fi or both?
