¿Por qué no puedo avanzar o retroceder en el tiempo de una canción?

Cuando quiero adelantar un poco para llegar a determinada parte de una canción, no se me permite realizar dicha acción, ya que no aparece el círculo de la barra del tiempo de la canción.

Have you tried running a clean reinstall of the app as described here? It would also be really helpful if you could ask a friend or a family member to log in on your device and check if the issue persists in their account.

Great troubleshooting so far! It's also a good idea to check if this happen while using a different internet connection.

We'd suggest that you try logging into a friend or a family member's device to check if you'll experience the same. This will help us understand if the issue is device related.

On another note, you mentioned you've reinstalled the app, but have you followed the steps in the link that @MihailY shared in his reply? There are a few extra steps in the article and by following them - you'll make sure that all old files that might be causing trouble are gone and you have the latest version of the app.

If you're on free, what is described in this thread is the expected app behaviour.

As noted previously, this feature is limited to Premium users at the moment. If you already have Premium, you might be logged in to another free account instead. This article will help you get locate the correct one.

If you're on iOS, note that you'll need to drag the progress bar in order to seek in the track.

Mi celular es un redmi 13 note plus, y no se puede adelantar o retroceder la musica que se está reproduciendo
