very simple question:

with a premium package , can i get offline access to my playlist with an Itouch ?

alternative question:

are Android device better for this functionality ?

reason: wanna buy the best device to maximize Spotify offline

Hi,

Yes you can get offline access on both of them with a premium subscription.
They both do the same thing and have the same capabilities, so it's more whether you prefer Android or iOS 🙂
The limits are both 3,333 offline songs per device on a maximum of 3 devices.

Both an iPod Touch (iOS 5/6 ones are best, but there is a legacy app for iOS 4) and android devices will allow you to have offline playlists. Since I don't own either I think it would be a little unfair of me to say which is better!
