My Question or Issue

when I go to sort tracks in a playlist, the list automatically scrolls upwards for each track I move

I have also reinstalled Spotify, logged in several times but the problem persists and has been there for several versions now

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.

It sounds like you've tried a couple of things already, but let's try some more troubleshooting.

First up, could you try with a different account to see if the app behaves the same way? If a family member has a Spotify account, if possible, ask them to log in on your device.

It's also a good idea to test if you'll experience this when you're logged in on a different device.

Lastly, would you mind checking if it happens on all your playlists?
