same. im an android user and the canvas feature has just disappeared from the settings.

For starters, keep in mind that the Canva feature is not currently available in all countries. If perhaps you want to check if that's your case, you can send us the country or region your account is set to, and we can confirm the info for you.

Nevertheless, take into account that this behavior was reported and is being investigated in this thread. So! We'd recommend taking a look at it. Note that you can find important info about it in the status of the thread, at the top.

Lastly, keep in mind that we're always testing things in the app to improve its functionality, which also might explain why you see something on the app your friend doesn’t, or vice-versa.

To continue investigating this issue, it would be great if you could have someone log in with their account on your device - such as a friend or a family member, to see if the issue persists. This will help us understand if it could be account-related or not.

it’s definitely account related - all my friends still have the feature and i had someone log in on my phone and they had it

I'm in a similar situation, as all of my friends around me have the canvas feature, but my account does not have the options in the settings.

hello. i am a spotify premium subscriber. none of the songs i have on spotify have the canvas visible. other people have the canvases on the songs i listen to but i do not. i have disabled and enabled the canvas feature, cleared my app cache, deleted and reinstalled the app, logged out and logged back in, all to no avail. i have looked and my country (azerbaijan) seems to have the canvas feature available. i would appreciate the help. thanks in advance

Why Spotify doesn't update content and app for Ukraine region? The new music section has not been updated for over a year. There are no canvases. No new covers. No DayList. No Ai DJ and so on.
