hola, no puedo descargar musica en mi Iphone, elimine todos los dispositivos asociados a la cuenta y aun asi persiste el problema

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome. Hope you don't mind a reply in English as it's the official language of the Community.

With Spotify Premium you can only download music on up to 5 devices. If you're unable to download, it means you've reached that limit. No worries, open Spotify on a device which no longer needs the downloaded content and use the Remove all downloads button by going to Settings> Storage. Or you can manually remove the downloads by going to Your Library > Select the filter "Downloaded'' > Go to the playlist you want to remove > Select the green arrow > Remove. You can read more about the offline content here.

no puedo descargar playlist en ningun dispositivo, me dice que debo eliminar las descargas en otro dispositivo y yo ya cerré la sesión en todos los dispositivos y elimine las descargas.

Ya borre la descargas de mi dispositivo pero me aparece el mismo error. ¿Qué puedo hacer?
