My Autoplay won’t work.

I use Spotify on my iPhone and desktop. My Autoplay won’t work on either one. If I search a song and it ends, it just plays the same song over and over. If im on a playlist and it ends it just starts over. I’ve turned it on and off done a delete and reinstall and nothing works. Please. Help.
