Random Radio Pops Up When Opening App

Most times when I open the Spotify app, a radio pops up automatically that I've never viewed or saved. It's definitely a glitch or bug but I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions to fix it? I've tried the standard updating the app, deleting the app, logging out and back in, but can't think of anything else to try. It's got a mortifying radio title and I'm nervous to even open the app in public to be honest. Thanks in advance for any thoughts/suggestions :‍)

When did this start happening?
