Shuffle button doesn't work (again)

My Question or Issue

Just installed the app update from 5 days ago and I am once again unable to turn on shuffle. The issue was resolved in the update previous to this one but it's back again. Last time it was around for like three updates before finally getting resolved so I'm posting about it in hopes it doesn't take as long this time.

Can you try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps here? If that doesn’t do the trick, can you let me know the make and model of your device? Also, feel free to send us a screenshot or a screen recording if you want so we can take a direct look at what's happening on your end.
