My Question or Issue

I have several playlists downloaded and what’s been happening is that I’ll play a playlist of mine and it will play in the same exact order every time despite attempting to reshuffling. And if I try to reshuffle, the app will bug out and crash. My liked songs works normally, but none of my playlists do. I know its not the biggest deal to have it stuck in the same loop, but it does get stale after a bit especially if there is a certain song or songs you wanna listen to. Help of any sort would be much appreciated!

Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps.

If that doesn’t work, can you send me a screen recording of what’s happening in more detail? Make sure to hide sensitive information when posting to the Community.
