Cannot slide forward or backwards while playing a song.

I cannot move the progress bar forward or backwards when playing a song.No matter how much I try to move it forward or backwards, nothing works. I cannot move forward or backwards in the song and can only play the entire song. Can’t replay or skip a particular part, can only complete the entire song and then listen again from the beginning.

Same problem for Android also can't move forward by lyrics
