    <description>&lt;P&gt;Having issues with music pausing whenever I play it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Premium&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Country&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Australia&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Iphone 13 pro, macbook pro (2020), PC&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Operating System&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;IOS 16.6 macos&amp;nbsp;13.0.1, windows 10&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been experiencing issues with my music pausing whenever I try to play it. This is occuring on both my macbook and my iphone as well as my Windows PC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried the following solutions with no improvement:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- deleting and reinstalling (including clean reinstall)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- changing password&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- removing app access and facebook log in&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- completely closing the app and opening as well as closing all other apps&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- signing out of all devices&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- restarting device&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- update ios, app etc.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- clearing download data&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- clear cache&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried deleting the file but it still doesn't work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- same issues on the web player&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- no issues if logging into a different account on the same devices&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I suspect it is a data issue assoicated with my account, any solutions to this problem would be greatly appreciated.
