Hello, I am not able to use my Spotify properly. I am not able to organise my songs my way. All songs are playing randomly. I can not play any songs again. Why it is happening. Please fix this issue

Hello @Nishith, thanks for writing.

Since you're on the Free plan, any playlist with the shuffle icon will play on shuffle.

Some playlists won't have the shuffle icon, so you can tap any song to play it (make sure that the shuffle mode is off). Please let me know if it works!
