&lt;P&gt;What is your subscription status on your&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/" target="_self"&gt;online overview&lt;/A&gt;? You should also be able to see any receipts to see if you actually where on the trial.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I would suggest you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/" target="_blank"&gt;online contact form&lt;/A&gt; and they will be able to look in this a little closer for you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Peter&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Spotify Premium Trial</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I read that you could try Spotify Premium for free, which I tried. And on the 21/03 it didn't work at all, beause it has gone 30 days. But the weirdest thing is that it doesn't work to buy Premium at all. So, today I went on my Outlook (hotmail) and I got a message 21/03 which said:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;PRE&gt;Dear Customer,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We've tried a number of times but have been unable to renew your Spotify subscription.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We will try to process this payment again over the next couple of days. Should the payment not be cleared soon, you'll start to hear ads and, if you had a Premium subscription, you'll lose access to Spotify on your mobile phone.&lt;/PRE&gt;&lt;P&gt;What? It has gone 3 days since I got the message, nothing works. I have uninstalled Spotify on my iPhone 5 and on my laptop, still no work. I subscribed again, I checked my card details so I didn't do anything wrong, everything is correct.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please fix it, I need Spotify&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ps, sorry for my english &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
