&lt;P&gt;Just to make sure we're on the same page, you're trying to log in to your new account on your iPhone, correct? Double-check your login information from the desktop app (by clicking your profile picture in the top right corner &amp;gt; Account), as you might be accidentally trying to log in to your old account that you recently deleted (it may take up to 14 days for the deletion process to finalize).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the login details are correct, try connecting to a different network (you can also ask a family member to create a mobile hotspot) or use cellular data instead - just make sure Spotify's allowed network access. I then used a different email address to create a different account and everything went swimmingly until I tried to use Spotify on my iPhone. (It had worked fine the day before I cancelled the one account and set up the new.) I have offloaded the app, uninstalled, &amp;amp; reinstalled but when I tap the app I get, “Error oops something went wrong…. I even chatted with support today and they couldn’t fix it. Frustrating! I can log in with the windows app and my daughter got in on the family plan just fine and spotify on her iphone is working fine.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Is this a 14 day wait thing?
