Fix bug in voting for ideas

When i try to vote for an idea (using safari on ios) my vote doesn't register.

specifically i want to vote “yes! A thousand times yes!” on all the idea posts about how the new personalized radio feature sucks in comparison to the old one. I want radio to play me new songs, like the one i selected, not play me all the same stuff i usually listen to.

I'd like to know if the issue still persists on your end. If so, I'd like to know if you have already tried it on a different browser (like Google Chrome) on your iOS device to see if it makes any difference.
