      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey there!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for reaching out &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;It seems that this issue is isolated to your case, so I'd first recommend clearing your cached data as shown &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/storage-information/" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt; to see if that would make a difference.&lt;BR /&gt;If this doesn't help out, you can go one step further and do a &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank"&gt;complete clean reinstall&lt;/A&gt; of the app.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Tip:&lt;/STRONG&gt; Keep in mind that after resetting the cached data, you'd have to re-download your saved offline content.&lt;BR /&gt;This will happen automatically upon reopening the app, but I'd recommend doing this when you have a stable Wi-Fi connection.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Keep us posted on how things go!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
