So when I download music to my apple watch series 7 and after downloading i going offliney music plays slowed for 7 seconds and stops.
Any idea why?

Hello. Thank you for your response. I don't know how and why, but when I tried to record it everything worked fine. When It will happen again I will try to record it. ( Maybe Spotify devs already did an update )

Solution is easy. I had just connect headphones before starting spotify. If glitch happens. Reconnecting helps!
