make sure spotify is closed when transfer happens

also you need a 3rd party to edit name and cover art. worse case scenario remove the file from spotify folder. turn off local files

close down spotify repaste it back

to spotify folder and fire up spotify

then turn back locals.

After I hit download on a playlist of local files from the iOS app, my songs download to the proper playlist (and the files download to the proper folder: "On My iPhone > Spotify > Synced files"). However, after closing and reopening the app, these songs become permanently greyed out and unplayable.

This bug ONLY seems to happen for songs that have NO SPECIFIED ARTIST / ALBUM. These problematic mp3s are directly in the folder "On My iPhone > Spotify > Synced files". The files with artist and album specified (nested, e.g. "On My iPhone > Spotify > Synced files > [Artist] > [Album]") are not greyed out and playback is FINE.

Hope these details help Spotify debug this issue.
