Jam not working

I can't join a jam but others can join my jam. And yes, I have logged out and logged back in. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled the app. And I don't use an add blocker. And it doesn't work on other devices either. And nothing helped

Hi. Sadly I don’t know how to reach out for the real support. I searched it and all I found out was this.

We understand you've tried reinstalling the app. However, just to confirm, have you made sure to perform a clean reinstall? This is more thorough than a regular one and can be helpful to get rid of any cache that might be causing trouble.

If this doesn't do the trick, could you let us know if you're seeing any error message when you try to join a Jam?

In addition to that, you could also ask a friend or a family member to log in to their own account using your device to see if they can replicate this behavior as well.

Had this problem recently. I would suggest checking if you are on a blocked user list among people who are already in the jam.

having an issue like this now, me and my friends are trying to make a jam work and none of us can hear each others jams. we have tried different playlists and also tried starting it on each of our accounts. Nothing has worked

And @Maniac0507, thanks for letting us know about this.

Could you check if there are any podcasts in the playlists you're trying to play?
An issue we have on our radar in this thread shows what seems to be the same behaviour. It occurs when podcasts are included in what you're trying to play.

With this in mind, I'd check if starting a Jam with only songs queued up would make a difference for you.
