      <title>spotify won't recognize internet connectivity</title>

      <description>I'm using iPhone 14.  I traveled to another country recently.  I was having problems with playing songs and podcasts.  When I open Spotify and try to login, it gives me an error message "You're offline.  Check your connection and try again".  When I try to login without password I get the same message.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My iPhone is definitely connected to the internet on both WiFi and cellular.  I've tried it with just WiFi, just cellular and with both active on my iPhone.  Same results all around.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I went to my PC and logged out and cleared the cache.  I deleted the app from my iPhone and did a clean reinstall, per the instructions.  &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It's still happening.  Any help appreciated.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am able to log in to the Account Overview on my laptop. &amp;nbsp;But a browser on my iPhone won't reach the site. &amp;nbsp;I tried both Safari and Chrome. I also tried using an incognito tab. &amp;nbsp;Once again I deleted the app and reinstalled and got the same problem. &amp;nbsp;I've checked to make sure data is enabled for the app. &amp;nbsp;I don't see any weird battery or cache settings. &amp;nbsp;Not having a problem with any other app, just Spotify!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I just received the new Iphone 16pro, I've been trying to login to spotify since last night and I keep receiving and offline error to login. My previous phone was in offline mode before I switched to the new phone. I've tried all the different login type (facebook, gmail, and entering login info), I've reset the app and phone, I verified data in settings is turned on, I've reset my password, and used login without password (The hyperlink button always says the link is expired, but the written out link works and has me change my password). I'm not utilizing a VPN.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've even logged in to my computer and toggled between offline/online. Nothing so far has worked. Has anyone else had this issue or any other solutions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
