Do you get ads all the time and while listening to music? Or is it only when listening to Podcasts? If it's the latter, bear in mind that some podcasts include advertising, host-read endorsements, or sponsorship messages.

However, if you get ads while listening to music and recently subscribed to Premium, try logging out and back in twice. This will re-sync your account and device.

Additionally, make sure you're logging into the correct account you subscribed from. If you're not sure, first go to your Account Overview page and check your credentials and subscription status. You may have accidentally signed up for Premium on a second account. There are a few ways to sign up, e.g. with email (if you have more than one, try with all of them), Facebook, Apple, or Google. Try logging in with these to find the correct account.
