My Question or Issue

My desktop Spotify connects fine using my facebook account.

My iOS app keeps giving me my daughter's facebook to log in, and not my own. I've been into my daughter's facebook and disconnected the Spotify from Apps, but it still does the same. I've searched a lot of help topics but nothing is working.

Any suggestions?

Hey there @CMansell,

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

In this case, it's possible that your daughter's Facebook account is open in one of the browsers you use on your mobile device. In that sense, we'd recommend you open Facebook in the predefined web browser on your phone. From there, make sure you close any Facebook session you see. Afterwards, try to log in once more.

If the above doesn't do the trick, would you mind sending us a screenshot of what you see when trying to log in with Facebook? Be aware this is a public space, so please don't share any personal info in the screenshot you'll send us.
