Apple Watch Current Time Always Set to End

My Question or Issue

The current time is always set to the end of the song or podcast. This is especially frustrating when I’m trying to skip ahead or back 15 seconds on a podcast. It thinks I’m at the end and behaves accordingly.

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far? If not, you can check out this article and the suggestions in it, especially the reinstalling and updating part. Does this happen with downloads as well or only when you're streaming music directly? You can also try with a different internet connection if possible to see if that makes a difference.
