&lt;P&gt;First, we'd like to get more info about this behaviour. Could you send us a screenshot of what you see when you create or join a Jam session? Additionally, are you the only user having issues? Or are the other participants experiencing the same behavior?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Now, if you haven't tried any troubleshooting steps, we'd recommend starting with a &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/reinstall-spotify/" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;U&gt;clean reinstall&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;U&gt;.&lt;/U&gt; This is often an overlooked step, but it can be helpful. No worries, you won't lose any content, but you might have to re-download your offline music.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Lastly, could you try starting or joining a Jam from a different mobile device with your account? It can be a relative or friend's device.&lt;/P&gt;
