Just to confirm, does this only happen when you're listening to your content via Bluetooth or when you're streaming it directly on your devices as well? We'd also like to know if this happens on a specific Bluetooth device or on any.

On another note, would you mind giving a different internet connection a go to see if the same happens? If so, let us know if this has always happened or if it started happening after a specific event such as an update.

Lastly, sending us all the troubleshooting steps you've already tried would come in handy, since this way we can avoid repeating any steps.
