      <description>&lt;P&gt;I payed my premium with a pre-paid code and i sitll can`t use my spotify on my phone .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The same thing happend the last ime i did this but it was fixed the same day .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It sounds like you might have subscribed on another account by accident. Its amazingly easy to have two, one with a Spotify username and another using your Facebook details. I would suggest you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/" target="_blank"&gt;online contact form&lt;/A&gt; and they will be able to track down what has happened and transfer the code onto the correct account for you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Peter&lt;/P&gt;</description>
