My Question or Issue

I’ve noticed since updating to iOS18 I can’t get podcasts to show up on Spotify. I search them and it shows nothing exists with the names and I know that’s not true.

Thanks for reaching out on the Community!

Just to confirm, does this happen on all devices that you use Spotify on, or just when using the app on your iPhone? If possible, could you check with a friend or a family member (who's living in the same region as you) if they're able to see podcasts?

Also, have you been able to access podcasts before? Keep in mind that there are a few different countries in which podcasts are not available, so it's possible that the feature is unavailable in your region at the moment.

With that in mind, if you haven't had podcasts previously, or if you've recently moved to an unsupported region & changed the account settings, this could explain why podcasts aren't appearing for you in the app. In that case, feel free to keep an eye on this page, where we'll post updates about new features when they launch.

I noticed on my laptop it says they aren’t available in my region. I had them just for years until about a month ago. None of them are available on my phone or laptop.

Thanks for the reply & for the additional info!

To make sure we cover all bases, could you double-check so that your account info is up-to-date? You can check this (and update it if needed) directly through the account page > Account > Edit profile.

Once you've checked, if the current details are accurate, could you let us know which region/country you're in at the moment? Also, to confirm, does it correlate with the one listed on your account page?
