My Question or Issue

I can’t add my own cover photo, it either says cannot add new image and then prompts me to try again but it never works or it says image too large which it isn’t.

Just to confirm, have you tried following these specific steps to add the image? If so, we suggest that you try from a different device to see if that makes the difference.

Also, keep in mind that Spotify has a size limit for cover images, so make sure that the image you are trying to upload is under 4 MB in size and meets the other image requirements mentioned in this article.

If the image meets all the requirements mentioned above, it's also a good idea to try clearing your Spotify App's cache: Sometimes cache can interfere with uploading images. Steps for mobile and desktop apps can be found here.

My Question or Issue

ive tried changing my playlist images on web player and on the app on my mac, but it keeps on saying its failed and to try again. ive tried on two different wifi networks too and yet nothing is working.

ive followed whats already been said on this website when other users have this issue, but nothing is working.
