Shuffles when hitting replay

I have shuffle on and for some reason, when I go to replay a song or go back to it (especially if the song hadn’t actually played through) the app shuffles the songs when rewinding. So I can listen to song A, skip B, and start C. When I try to go back to song B, it’ll skip around and wind up on a completely different song each time.

Thanks for reaching out!
We couldn't reproduce this on our end on multiple devices so I'd assume we're on the safe side here and that this issue is an isolated one. These are typically the easiest to fix, as they're often related to some app data inconsistency 🙂

With this in mind, let's see if removing the cached data would make any difference. Log out of the app and back in twice in a row after this to trigger a manual sync of your settings. If this doesn't help out, see if performing a complete clean reinstall of the app would help.

In case the issue remains, we'd like to see a screenshot of your queue at its initial post-Shuffle state and a second one of how it changes when you try going back to a song that's previously played.
