When I try to log in, it just tells me I’m offline. What do I do?

I was offline when I updated the app and now when I try to log in it tells me „You’re offline. Check your connection and try again.“ I’ve tried many times now and I’ve looked on other threads and nothing is working.

Thanks for getting in touch about this and welcome to the Community.

Just to confirm, is this happening across devices or only on a specific one? If this only happens on a specific device, it's well worth running a clean reinstall of the app to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.

If this doesn't do the trick, could you give a different internet connection a go to see if the same happens? If you've been using WiFi, you can try with mobile data this time to rule out a network-related issue.

My question or problem is that when I try to log in to Spotify after updating to the latest version of the iPad, I can't log in. Every time I try to log in I get the message 'You are offline, check your connection and try again', can you help me with this? I encounter the same situation when I say continue with the other application

Could you give @Eni's suggestions above a try to see if that does the trick for you? Performing a clean reinstall of the app will also ensure you're running the latest version of the app available.
