&lt;P&gt;Just to confirm, is this happening across devices or only on a specific one? If this only happens on a specific device, it's well worth running a&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/reinstall-spotify/" target="_blank"&gt;clean reinstall&lt;/A&gt; of the app to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this doesn't do the trick, could you give a different internet connection a go to see if the same happens? If you've been using WiFi, you can try with mobile data this time to rule out a network-related issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>When I try to log in, it just tells me I’m offline. What do I do?</title>

      <description>I was offline when I updated the app and now when I try to log in it tells me „You’re offline. Check your connection and try again.“ I’ve tried many times now and I’ve looked on other threads and nothing is working.</description>
