Hello i have been getting emails from Spotify for 8 Hours i wanted to ask if you know anything about it ?

This is an Ongoing Issue that Spotify is investigating where some users are frequently receiving password reset emails, which sounds similar to what you're describing. Feel free to have a look here for more details.

It's worth noting that Spotify believes there are no risk for your accounts and that the emails can be disregarded.
