My Question or Issue

The web player is not working, it forces the spotify app to open or the screen becomes black and says “upstream failed”. How do I access the web player? I just wanna sort my new playlists into the folders I made before. It used to work.

Just to confirm, have you tried using the web player from a different device?

Keep in mind that Spotify is constantly being updated, so if you're using an older client on an unsupported OS, this could be the reason why it no longer works. If it works fine with another device, you'll need to update your device to the most recent version.
