The last few weeks I noticed that the Fans also like section in my spotify is damaged.

My Question or Issue

As I said above, the “fans also like” section of spotify does not show the full name of the artists. This happens on almost all artists with few exceptions. Attached you may see how it looks.

Thanks for reaching out!

Have you already tried performing a clean reinstall of the app? This can be an easily overlooked step, but it can help remove any cache that might be causing trouble.

if this doesn't do the trick, could you give it a try using a different mobile device to see if it makes any difference? Also, let us know the exact Spotify version you're currently running.

I am also having this problem on IPhone 16 pro max. Tried reinstalling etc , no joy.

Hey Maria, I already did the clean reinstall, erased cache, and all the suggestions and the “fans also like” artists are still cut off. Also, I found out that my interface is very different from what I had before. I don’t know if it is related to the same problem. Here you can see the difference between my interface and another interface that runs on iphone pro max 15. I have the latest version 9.016 while the other one has 9.014 so I wonder if all these problems have to do with this version of the app.

That didn’t work for me. Another device on the same network is not having an issue. My version is

9.0.18.548

the other device is using 9.0.16.583

Why are band names not showing in the “Fans also like” suggestions?

I still get suggestions for the “fans also like” section. But the band names do now show. I have screenshots available if needed.

Just a reminder that for 99%of people in the world, installing on another device is not an available troubleshooting option.

Same issues on Spotify version 9.0.18.548 on iPhone 16 Pro Max. Fresh reinstall did nothing to fix.

when i scroll down to the fans also like i cant see the names of the artist

When i scroll down on an artists page i cant see the names of the artists that are listed under fans also like, theyre glitched out and it only shows the top half of the name of the artists

I am also having this issue. My "Fans also like" section looks identical to the screenshots above. iPhone 16 Pro Max on iOS 18.4 beta 2 (no change after updating from beta 1). Spotify version 9.0.22.638. Clearing cache doesn't change anything.

Hey, Spotify fans, this issue with Fans Also Like being unreadable is fixed on my IPhone Pro Max 16, Spotify version 9.0.22.638. Yay!

Could you let us know if you're still experiencing this? If so, we'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app to make sure your iPhones are running the latest version of the app.

This does work, but viewing this forum on an iPhone, there is no obvious “Accept as Solution” button or link.
