Airplay and Spotify, it doesn't work on one of my speakers

Hi, so I have 4 Harman Kardon Citation One MKII speakers. I can stream to all of them except for one speaker. It connects you can see the Volume go up and down but no sound.

I already resetted this speaker multiple times, deleted the Spotify app in several ways on my iPhone to be sure of the cache deletion. No success.

Other apps do stream via Airplay to this speaker no problem... only Spotify doesn't do it... so it seems to be a Spotify problem..

Also I can cast to the speaker via Google Cast, no problem.

What does catch my attention is that this speaker has the serial number 000000 in the iOS Home app.. that does not seem correct.

I would really like to stream via Airplay...

Okay, solved for the moment. After some (too much :-)) hours of fiddling around. Removed our home in the iOS Home app, I removed the iOS Home App from all of our Apple devices. Resetted again the troublesome speaker, and now it works again.

Thank you so much for sharing this. I have the same issue. Two H&K Citation ONE Mk3 speakers. It shows that it plays music via airplay but there is no sound from the speaker. But there is sound with google cast connection. I have uninstaled the home app and deleted my home. After reinstalling everything it still does not work. This is so frustrating!

Same problem here. I've been trying to find a solution to this for ages. So frustrating
