Hi Richard

Having problems with my devices. Spotify works fine on computer but not on my iphone. The sound quality is distorted. I've checked the normal music app which works fine and have seen that my wifes spotify app is having the same problems.

It seems to be the vocal thats distorted.

This has been going on for the last 4 days so please can someone helps!

Just to let you know I have moved your post out of the offline device reset topic since it is only for that purpose, hopefully that is ok and we can continue to troubleshoot here!?

First thing to try is can you perform a clean reinstallation of the app on your iPhone and see if that fixes the situation?

Note you will need to resync any offline content you have downloaded unfortunately.
